VITAL RUCK is a low-impact, high-reward workout that builds strength, endurance, and resilience. By hiking with a weighted backpack, you turn everyday movement into a full-body workout—boosting cardio, core strength, posture, and calorie burn.
Each VITAL RUCK is a 60 minute session, combining a 40 minute hike with 20 minutes of strength training & stretching using body and ruck weight for resistance. It’s the perfect way to improve endurance, functional strength, and overall fitness in the great outdoors.
No fancy gear needed—just bring a simple daypack, work bag, or school backpack with little to no weight inside for session 1. Weighted vests are fine too. All levels welcome!
