VITAL Functional Strength Bootcamp is an 8-week program designed to build functional strength, enhance balance and mobility, and support muscle mass preservation. This comprehensive training plan focuses on compound exercises such as deadlifts, squats, shoulder presses, and farmer carries, targeting multiple muscle groups and mimicking everyday movement patterns. You'll also engage in bodyweight movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and lunges to further enhance your strength and stability.
