A 100-day adventure designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and live vitally. Whether you’re starting fresh or well on your way, VITAL100 meets you where you are and takes you further—together.

The Plan:

Dates: January 13 - April 23 (100 Miles in 100 Days)

Investment: $100

Weekly Challenge: 7 Miles in 7 Days!

Your Goal: Move 1–2 miles a day (walk, run, or hike) to hit 7 miles by week’s end. Choose a schedule that works for you—daily strolls, jogs, or a few longer outings. Just keep it consistent, fun, and sustainable!
